Loneliness Awareness Week Painting Workshop…

At the beginning of June I hosted an art workshop at the Lace Market Hotel in Nottingham with the Lonely Girls Club for Loneliness Awareness Week. It was a female-only paint and sip afternoon aimed at helping women make new friends. We enjoyed cocktails while creating abstract paintings, experiencing the mental health benefits of creativity such as reduced stress and improved mood. The event fostered new friendships and demonstrated the therapeutic power of art. I am available to host similar workshops in workplaces, private spaces, or homes for various events.
