  • 'I really enjoyed the painting session, I loved being creative and trying a new technique and using that as a mindfulness tool. The group had really lovely, helpful and candid conversations and it was nice to talk about grief in a less structured way as well. Having something to focus on at the same time as talking about difficult subjects helps. Megan was a great teacher, very encouraging.

  • I loved the mindful painting workshop that Megan did! It was so fun & relaxing and she created a lovely, welcoming space to connect with other people whilst creating art. It was great to play with the paints and experiment with the different techniques that we learnt about in the class and the whole workshop was a perfect evening to be mindful, relax and get creative. I would highly recommend!

  • Megan's mindful painting workshop was the most wonderful reminder of what it's like to find joy in slowing down and creating - not because it's productive but because it's joyful! Megan explained the painting techniques really simply and they were easy to pick up, she encouraged us to go wild and set our inner child free! A peaceful, liberating evening all round.
